The Kala Token ICO is now open to the public! Here are the 7 steps for you to participate and purchase Kala.
Step 2. Create a cryptocurrency wallet. While there are several options, we suggest CoinBase if you live in the US.
CoinBase is our preferred crypto wallet of choice in the U.S. because it’s safe, easy to use, and has clearly stated transactional fees.
When you visit the Coinbase site, click sign up and fill out your information. You’ll be sent a verification email which will include a link. The link will ask you to confirm your location. Once you’ve confirmed your location, you’ll find your dashboard. Toward the bottom you’ll find steps on how to complete your account. Make sure to add your phone number and a payment method.
To fund or make transactions you will need to enter your credit card, debit card, or your direct bank information to complete transactions. The payment verification process can take minutes or sometimes many days to complete. Transaction times are shorter if you have a verified account using a credit or debit card.
Step 3. Buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin in Coinbase in the equivalent US dollar exchange amount of what you’d like to exchange for Kala. When purchasing one of these cryptocurrencies, keep in mind that using your bank account to purchase may take longer to get your currency. With a credit or debit card you should get your currency within the hour, and with Coinbase it will require a fee. Please be mindful of fees on any transactions.
Step 4. To purchase Kala, click HERE and create an account, which will also create an internal wallet. This is where your Kala amounts will be stored.
Step 5. To purchase, you will need to send the currency you are using to buy Kala to the internal wallet address that will be provided. To do this, press “Buy Kala” and a box will appear asking which currency you’d like to use. Select which one and a web address will populate.
Copy that address into your cryptocurrency wallet (like Coinbase) and send the amount of US dollars you want and press continue.
Step 6. After the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 7. You will receive your Kala after the close of the ICO and the final audit.
These steps should help you get started right away, so you can be part of the newest wave in cryptocurrency.
